Capital Investment Department

The Capital Investment Department manages public housing maintenance and capital improvements, large scale redevelopment of public housing sites, and neighborhood revitalization activities. The department is positioned to address all of the physical needs of our existing properties, as well as develop new housing opportunities in the community.
