Goodson Hills
Beyond Housing is proud to announce the beginning concept for a new mixed finance project, Goodson Hills. The name Goodson derives from the history of Bristol where the location of the development was originally known as Goodson. Hills comes from the neighborhood name of Virginia Hills. The development will be constructed on Mary Street where 26 units of the old Bonham Circle were demolished in 2018. The project is tentatively designed as 3 bedroom townhomes, with approximately 23 units. We are excited to be working on the financing for this development that will provide some much needed affordable housing in our community.
