How to Pay Rent

To pay rent, residents may pay online via our portal or in the Yardi app. Acceptable forms of online payment are Credit, Debit, or ACH.

Additionally, residents may pay their rent in person at our main office, located at 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, VA 24201, during normal business hours. Acceptable forms of in-person payment are Cash, Check, or Money Order.

The Walk-in Payment System (WIPS) at select local retailers is also available.
