PHA Annual Plan and MTW Supplement

Beyond Housing, "The Housing Authority of the City of Bristol, VA", announces that on October 20, 2025, the PHA shall make available for public review a draft copy of components of its Five-Year and Annual Agency Plan per the guidelines of 24 CFR 903, a requirement of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1988 and its Moving to Work (MTW) Supplement.

A public hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. at the Housing Authority administrative offices located at 120 Hope Lane; Bristol, VA 24211. At this time, the Authority will receive and consider any and all comments prior to finalization of the Plan and submission to HUD on or before the due date to HUD in January 2026.

Anyone wishing to make comments may attend this hearing. Written comments may be made to the Executive Director at the address below or emailed to lisa@beyondhsg.com. The documents will be available Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the PHA office located at 120 Hope Lane, Bristol, Virginia 24201 for a period of 45 days.
