Timothy Evans joined our Maintenance team in January 2025 as a Service Technician bringing with him an impressive 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a wealth of knowledge and expertise, particularly from his work with the treasury department and other various government agencies in Washington, D.C. We are excited to have him on board and look forward to the contributions he will make to our team.

• Tim enjoys spending time outside with his dog Dally
• Some of his favorite hobbies are fishing and gardening
• He has been all over the east and west coast for fishing
• His favorite place he has traveled is Hawaii
• Loves to cook with a smoker
