Goodson Hills Waiting List to Open Nov 2

Beyond Housing is excited to announce the opening of the waiting list for our newest development, Goodson Hills.

The waiting list will be available for application beginning at 9:00am EST on November 2, 2026.

To be eligible for a unit at Goodson Hills, applicants must meet eligibility for both the Project Based Voucher and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.

In order to apply, you must create a Resident Portal account and submit a pre-application in person at our main office.

Potential applicants who already have a Resident Portal with Beyond Housing may apply by simply logging into their account and choosing "My Waiting Lists", then clicking the link in the blue box to update your application information and add yourself to the Goodson Hills PBV waiting list.  

Beyond Housing recommends interested persons visit our main office prior to the opening date to create their Resident Portal account.

Goodson Hills Development Specifics:

• 3 buildings, 23 total units
• Located in the 1000 block of Mary St, Bristol, VA
• All units are 3 bedroom, 2 or 2.5 bath, townhouse style
• 5 ADA units
• All units are Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
• All units are supported by Project Based Vouchers (PBV) from Beyond Housing
• Income Limits for all units are 60% of AMI

Goodson Hills PBV Waiting List:

• Project Based Waiting List by Date/Time of application
• Will have Local Preference, same as Beyond Housing's Tenant Based list (150 mile radius)
• Will have Working Families Preference
• Applicants must submit a pre-application in person at the main office, during normal business hours
