Section 8 (HCV) Waitlist Closed

Effective June 21, 2026 at 12:00am, the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list has been closed.

New applicants will not be allowed to apply to the Voucher waiting list, and current applicants who have not already applied to this specific list will not be able to do so.

If you have applied and are on the list currently, you will remain on it with the date and time you applied.

We currently have no estimate of how long this waiting list will remain closed.  An announcement will be made prior to the list reopening.
